- Medical Stuff:
- One day of PT. Because this lower back/hip stuff thinks it can stick around, it was time to get fitted for a soft brace. I need the stability and I finally gave in. Hopefully it will be temporary until I can get stronger and then throw it an drawer. In the meantime, I have a big, black soft brace holding my tummy in. I guess that’s not terrible.

- Two sessions of PT. Still trying to get my lower back stronger and the pain under control. Labor did a number.
- Lots of walking in the neighborhood with my home-dawggggg, Gru Gru. I keep trying to add more strengthening and stretching at home but I have not been super successful. It’s a new week!

- One PT. Strengthening. Cardio. OMT. Electrical Stim & Heat. We talked about different ways to hold Lucia so my ribs don’t flare up.
- Two Days of Home Rehab.
- Prolotherapy! I made it back to Indiana after 15 months, a pregnancy, and a hard labor. So grateful for this treatment that has saved me from many major surgeries so far. We did my hips, pelvic area, shoulder, thoracic and first few ribs. I’ll go back in a couple of months for my neck. In the next few days, I lay low and love up my heating pad.
- I saw my shrink on Monday. We covered a lot in that hour. And guess what? Healing is not linear.
