- 1 Day of PT. Circuit training and more circuit training. For the record, one minute of running in place with a thera-band around my ankles feels like 30. Ooof.
- 2 Days of Home Rehab. Treadmill, floor, and core strengthening.
- I saw Larry on Monday for cranial-sacral therapy, acupuncture, and cervical OMM.
