1. Medical Stuff:
- 1 Day of PT. Because of all of my sciatic pain, I will now be going twice a week. Fun, fun…as long as it helps.
- 3 Home Rehab workouts. I got mad at my body so I pushed it hard. Makes sense, huh? Sometimes, I’m not the smartest but I wanted to show myself I could still work out hard. The struggle is real.
- 1 Shrink appointment.
- I made a prolo appointment. Time can go a little faster. I’m so ready.

- 2 Days of PT. I added an SI belt to my repertoire of braces. We had a good laugh over the fact that I am doing a 5k and I may just show up in my back brace, SI belt, and neck collar. You gotta laugh, peeps.
- One shrink appointment.
- Sciatic pain is no joke. Working on it, but I have a feeling I also need prolotherapy in that area. To Indiana, I go…ASAP.

1. Medical Stuff:
- Two PT sessions. I feel like I am finally getting stronger and my lower back in general is feeling better. Just need to tackle my left sciatica and SI joint and I’ll be like brand new ; )
- Two Home Rehabs. Light walking and strengthening. Lots of foam rolling.
- Two Shrink appointments. I am back to weekly for the time being. It’s a good thing.
- I had my first infusion since pre-pregnancy days. My POTS came back with a vengeance a couple of weeks ago which has forced me to put my health in the forefront.
- One primary care appointment.

- Medical Stuff:
- One day of PT. My hip/back pain has evolved from feeling like EDS pain to an injury pain. We are continuing to work on it with exercises, stim, heat, and OMT. To say I feel frustrated would be putting it mildly. Breathing.
- I saw my shrink on Monday. Trying to make more time for these appointments. They are so, so important for my overall health.
