1. Medical Stuff:
- 1 Day of PT. Gentle neck manipulations and a LOT of cardio. I also started on the weight machines this week.
- 2 Days of Home Rehab. I rocked my cardio old school to Bell Biv Devoe. No judging.
- Sunday, I decided it would be a good idea to run up my parent’s driveway and into their house from my car. However, my body had another idea when I slipped on a patch of ice and landed on my face. Incredibly, I only broke my pinky and scraped my knee. It happened so fast, I have no clue how I managed that, but I all I know is that it could have been MUCH worse.
