1.  Medical Stuff:

• 1 Day of PT ~ mostly OMM.  I was struggling. A sign I need to slow down a bit.
• 2 Days of Home Rehab.
• 1 OMM appointment: cranial-sacral therapy.
• My POTS is definitely not appreciating this heat wave.  It can cool down any time now.

• 1 Day of PT.
• 2 Days of Home Rehab.
• I had my monthly appointment with Larry.
• Fought GI issues all week. Luckily I think my tummy is back to “normal” for now.

• 1 Day of PT.  Elliptical, floor exercises, Pilates leg springs, arm bike, & anti-gravity treadmill.
• 2 Days of Home Rehab.
• 2 Dance Practices.

• I traveled to Mishawaka, IN on Thursday for prolotherapy injections. More to come on that too.
