- PT. Diaphragm breathing, kegal and pelvic floor exercises. My PT started at my pelvis and made sure I was in alignment up to my head (the best she could do with my ginormous belly).
- Still walking and walking…4 outdoor walks this week…
- Weekly OB Check: Well, I’m STILL pregnant. I would have lost a lot of money if you told me I’d still be cooking this baby on January 12. Things went well at my check. I had my first cervical check and I had zero dilation. Zip. None. Nada.

- 1 OMT Appointment.
- 1 Day of Home Rehab.
- 1 Day of PT. So much sweat!
- I finally had the septoplasty (my deviated septum was corrected) on Wednesday. After a year of various tests and discussing it, I pulled the trigger and went for it.
- Lots of fun recovery time for my nose. The first few days were no picnic, but life is getting much better day by day.

- No Home Rehab. This is not an excuse; there is never an excuse, but my week was insane and I didn’t get it in.
