This was definitely a full week of appointments! Whew.

1. Medical Stuff:

  • 1 Day of PT. We did some planning on how we are going to change up my workout a bit to get different kinds of strengthening and stabilization in.
  • 2 Days of Home Rehab.
  • 1 visit to urgent care for “normal people” sickness : )
  • 1 Infusion.
  • I had an OMM appointment on Thursday for cranial work.
  • I saw my shrink after my OMM appointment. Physical and Mental health in one afternoon…The best!

1. Medical Stuff:

  • I did so much better this week. 2 Days of Home rehab and 1 day of PT. Three HARD workouts. I’m trying to get my muscles back on track, and they were definitely feeling it this week ; )
  • 1 Shrink appointment.
  • I went back to the ENT about looking at my deviated septum. I got there and they STILL did not have my CT scan from my other doc, so it was pretty much a waste of time. I called and my other doc said he will be sending it for a third time. I’m not exactly sure where the miscommunication is coming from, but I’m really, really hoping the third time is the charm.
  • Had a better sleep week. Praying it continues.

1. Medical Stuff:

  • 1 Day of PT. Elliptical and bike. OMM, stim, and heat. We were trying to get my first ribs and neck to calm down. They have not been happy campers this week.
  • 1 Day of Home Rehab. Treadmill and floor strengthening. I skipped arms with light weights since I have been pretty flared.
  • I saw my primary care doc on Monday to go over my blood test results. Good news: He used the word “normal.” I’m not used to that word. 😉 He also gave me an antibiotic and steroid shot for a sinus infection that’s currently kicking my booty.
  • I also saw the ENT for the first time. I really liked him. I was referred to him to get my deviated septum checked out. From his exam, he doesn’t think it’s necessary for him to do surgery. I am going to try flonase and zyrtec combined with my singulair and advair in hopes that I begin to breathe better. Very happy I do not have surgery in the near future. Yesssss.
