I could not sleep last night.  I was thinking about that billboard.  It was midnight and my emotions kept fluctuating between smiling to myself, and tearing up.

1.  Medical Stuff:

• 2 Days of Home Rehab. I should have gotten another day in…Sigh.
• My physical therapy was canceled. My PT was sick.

1.  Medical Stuff:

• 3 Days of Home Rehab.  Treadmill, light weights, exercises, glute fires, balance work, light stretching…the usual.
• I had an OMM appointment.  We worked on my hip, ribs, and my doctor did some cranial-sacral work (one of my loves).
• I had another prolotherapy treatment on Friday.  More to come on that.

Let’s face it.  It’s hard to feel attractive in your own skin when you feel like your body is turning on you.
