- Too hottttttt. Way too HOT for this body. I’ve been trying not to complain, but it makes days harder for sure. So happy to wake up this morning to 60 glorious degrees. Please stick around for a while.

- I LOVE Shakeology. I have found something with having gastroparesis that fills me up, gives me so many nutrients, and is gentle on my gut. Let me say it again, louder I LOVE IT.

- 3 Days of Home Rehab.
- I had two doctor’s appointments scheduled, but ended up canceling. My body needed me to clear my schedule to get used to school, and I am so glad that I did. I’m making a mental note about this for next September.
- One Labor Day Infusion. I spent my infusion writing! See below!
- My body is struggling. That is just honest…and normal. September is my hardest month as I adjust back to school. So if you don’t hear from me much, you know why.
