1. Medical Stuff:

  • Two days of PT: Cardio. Strengthening. Manipulative medicine which has consisted of getting my stomach working, calming down my thoracic, and putting my first ribs back in place.
  • Five Days of Home Rehab. Lots more running. Lots more sweating. I love it.
  • One Infusion. They gave me a huge fluffy blanket and it was glorious. GLORIOUS.

March! Made it to March! Woot! Woot!

1. Medical Stuff:

  • Tuesday PT. First couple of ribs sucked. My PT did her best to work her magic. I’m still struggling with my lower back. It’s loose, yet locks up. That’s EDS for ya. Need prolotherapy stat.

During the baby stress test, the nurse called our kid a “loud, wild child.” At my ultrasound after, the tech said your kid is “very, VERY active” (with wide eyes). That night, my big sister, Kristen, reminded me all about the laws of Karma…
  • 4 neighborhood walks. Still truckin along slowly with my sister’s pitbull in my ‘hood ; )

1. Medical Stuff:

  • I had my 22 week ultrasound on Wednesday! Cervix was good. Baby looked good. He/she was sleeping with its arm above its head (again)…just like how Brad sleeps…
  • 1 Day of PT. 3.5 miles cardio. My ribs keep slipping so we worked a lot on getting them, and hopefully keeping them in!
  • Two days of home rehab.
