1.  Medical Stuff:

• 2 Days of Home Rehab. I should have gotten another day in…Sigh.
• My physical therapy was canceled. My PT was sick.

• 1 Day of PT.  Reformer and manipulative medicine on my hip. It always flares up when I overdo it on the treadmill.
• 2 Days of Home Rehab.
• I battled gastroparesis most of the week, which meant a lot of soup, water, and applesauce, but by Thursday my stomach was feeling almost back to normal.  

1.  Medical Stuff:

• 2 Days of Home Rehab.
• I had an OMM appointment.  My doctor spent most of the time working on my twisted C-2.

• I had an OMM appointment on Monday.  My joints were happily relocated and put back into their “homes.”
