1. Medical Stuff:

  • 2 Days of Home Rehab.
  • 1 Day of PT. A long session. Lots of exercising, heat, stim, and OMM. I am thankful for a place that goes by the person’s needs instead of the clock.
  • I saw my shrink on Wednesday. Grateful. So, so grateful for that hour.
  • I had an OMM appointment Friday and had a lot of cranial work done.
  • Lots of good napping this week. Woot! Woot!

1. Medical Stuff:

  • I finished my antibiotics! I finished my prednisone! And am feeling MUCH better! Thank. GOD.
  • Back to PT. I did the elliptical and bike and a few light strengthening exercises to get my body back in the swing of things. I finished with heat, stim, and OMM.
  • 1 Day of Home Rehab. I was so happy I made it on the treadmill for 30 minutes without losing a lung. I’m on my way back, friends!

It was really tough week. I’m gonna leave it at that. I am thankful it is now the weekend and I have the chance to take a big breather.

1. Medical Stuff:

  • 1 Day of PT. First day back since teaching. It was tough at times, but I was able to push through.
  • 2 Days of Home Rehab. Treadmill, recumbent bike, light weights, floor strengthening, and the foam roller. You know the drill…
  • I saw my shrink on Wednesday. Much needed. Mental health is JUST as important as physical health. Always.
